I wish to cancel my account with myMaster Politician that resides over our guild's city, but not before replacing himwith a new politician created on my All Access Account (SOE won't let me transfer my char over or merge my two accounts because they don't share the same station name) My question pertains to how the election is run. The following info I found in the knowledge base, and if what I highlighted in boldis true, does the current mayor get 300xp for each one of those defaulted votes, or only the ones that people actually came to the terminal and physically made?
Info from the knowledge base:
If you wish to become a mayor of player city, you must first become a Politician. To become a Politician you first need 500 apprentice experience points. Then you need to visit the Capital Building in the Capital city of Tatooine, Naboo or Corellia where you will find the politician trainer who can teach you the novice level skill of the Politician profession. Once you have become a Politician you can either start your own player city or be elected into a player city that is already on the server. To start your own city you will need to first obtain a City Hall deed. The deed is used to place your city hall. Once you have placed the city hall on a planet, you are the Mayor of the city. Your second option is to run for an election of a city that exists on the server already. To do this you must first become a politician and be a citizen of the city. Then you may visit the city hall and in the back you will find a City Voting Terminal. Use your mouse and radial over the City Voting Terminal and select the option Register to Run under the 2)Mayoral Race menu. This will add you to the ballet and citizens will be able to vote for the Mayor of their choice. In order to win the election you will need to have more votes then the current Mayor. Any citizens that do not place a vote for a new mayor running in the election will be counted as a vote for the current mayor.
How difficult will it be to get my new mayor in and replace my old one, and what should I do to help the new mayor's XP move more quickly to get him up to master?

Well it's very easy to elect new mayer, your new politician can be the mayer with just 1vote but the xp issue is the problem.
U can keep running for election over and over until master without any vote u'll get 700xp and with each vote u'll get 300xp, unless u get your citizens to stop been lazy and start voting for your alt once every 3weeks then u'll be master Politician in few months.
