Thread: Is there any way for the incumbant mayor not run for office?

The mayor wants to transition power but with all the votes automatically going to the mayor, we cannot muster enough votes to oust him, even though he wants out.

have your current mayor make an email to all the townsfolk to inform them to change their vote to the other person running.

I ended up in the same boat. I started taking down every civic structure and removed the funds. Now im slowly waiting for the city to delete itself.
