Whats the real cost to city for these buildings and whats the cost if you have more than 1 of each?

I know they have a maintanace cost of about 20k a week but do they cost the city itself anything as a placed structure?

If you have two cantinas or med centers apart from paying the buildings normal costs do both add some extra cost to city?

Im just asking because I have citizens wanting to use some of these buildings as homes.

These structures are paid for by the owner of the structure, and cost nothing to the city.

Med Center - Master Doctor

Cantina - Master Entertainer/Dancer/Musician

Theater - Master Entertainer/Dancer/Musician

well our cantina and theater each cost the owner of the structer (player owned buildings, not city owned) 8400cr/week ...

I don't recall being a Master Entertainer grants you the right to place a Cantina or Theater (starting profession) ... but you can also build a cantina as Master Chef

do cantinas and theaters serve the same function? So other than looks, is there any difference?

The problem with theaters is, that the main outside area doesn't benifit healing in any way - So you can only really use the small inside "changing"room for healing ... effectivley it's just something for the eye (although it is a little "unspectacular") and for RP ... not for real gameplay.

Then again, a Theater just takes up 3 lots where a cantina requires 5 lots ...
