With the current caps, how many cities can be rank 4 or above? I placed my city after the caps were expanded for the first time [with vehicles] so can I still get a lvl 4 city?

From the December update patch notes:

The new limits are as follows (The first number is the total cap. The second is how many can be rank 3 or above. The third is how many can grow to rank 4 or above.):

• Corellia: 20, 15, 10
  
  
• Dantooine: 50, 30, 20
  
  
• Lok: 50, 30, 20
  
  
• Naboo: 20, 15, 10
  
  
• Rori: 50, 30, 20
  
  
• Talus: 50, 30, 20
  
  
• Tatooine: 20, 15, 10

Whether or not you can still get a level four city depends on whether you have already reached the cap on your planet's number of level four cities or not.

Still sucks that all those planets like Tatooine (20, 15, 10) that had an initial cap at 10 get a month headstart on making the rank 4 caps. Those of us who started a city after the cap increase will be lucky to make rank 3.

I think we have already hit the cap reavus.
