I need to move my cloning facility. Do I need to buy a new one or can I just re-deed the one.

Did they fix the problem of the city thinking the cloning facility was still there, even tho it had been removed?

You can redeed it.
When I first placed the clonning center, we decided on a better location. I redeeded (destroyed) and replaced without any problems.

If they have not, I have heard of people placing a covert faction scanner there where the term used to be, and scannig them when they clone! Then instant tef! If they have a Overt sitting there, you die at spawn, and start the cycle all over again. I have never seen it done, but have had heard of this exploit. Lets hope it never proves to be true.
