our mayor is getting emails telling him the city hall is getting close to colapse due to lack of maintance. the problem is , how the holy hell do u pay maintance when the term does not give any option to do so? there is money in the treasurie and he is declaired resident to the hall. what gives?

Your city hall maintenance, like all city structures, are paid directly from the treasury. Double check and make sure that there is DEFINITELY enough money in the treasury to cover all of the buildings and terminals. Keep in mind that if your city is going to upgrade, the cost will go up significantly at the next election.

there is 361,000 in city treasurie and maintance is 35,000. there should be enough there to pay 10 cycles unless we upgrade, but we wont this time.
is there a process or something i need to do to make the payment.
with the city hall at 40% condition and emails tell me its gonna fall obvously its not autotaking payment.

If there is indeed enough money in the treasury, and you are continuously receiving the e-mails, I'd suggest sending in a customer service ticket and having a CSR look into it for you. It sounds like your city hall is bugged...
