Thread: Question on starting a city

When you have 10 people citizens in your town do you get a conformation that your City hall won't be destroyed or anything like that? I spent a lot of resources and time into building our city hall and I just wanted to double check to make sure it would be destroyed : )

yes, you get a system message saying something to the effect that your city made the grade (in your email)

How does making a city work ?


I mean - we have over 10 people already housed and residency declared - can we place the Hall now ?


please dont tell me the hall must be placed first, then we move in --------------
