I got three mails today about lost citizens because of the inactivity rule, and one was one of my friends who plays everyday lol. Has anyone else got that problem?

I wonder when the first mayor will loose his/her citizenship due to this inactivity bug. That would be something to laugh about.

I lost 3 citizens this way also. Two of the residents I had seen just the day before.

I got my first wave of inactivity losses last evening. I lost two folks who were atanding right next to me.

This is happening because of dual-citizenship. In both cases, the individuals had been citizens in other cities, and unbeknownst to them, were still citizens of their old cities as well as ours. They were able to re-declare with no trouble.

On the flip side, I also lost citizens who had left my city for other cities. In some cases, I knew they had left, but were still being counted in my city. I had figured I would count them untill they fixed the duel citizen thing.

So, it seems the 6-week "checker" is also catching these duel citizens. I think this is actually a good bug. Or perhaps a supper stealthy "design feature."

Ok, so that guy loses his citizenship because of this "bug".

Can't he just redeclare in your city?

What's the problem if he's always on, shouldn't be too much trouble, unless it happens the night before votes are counted.

I will have to check the resident that was declared inactive but wasn't inactive for 6 weeks and see if he was a dual resident. Thanks for the info Jemelby.

Yeah we asked that, just wasn't sure it was a bug or not... And in any case the email is pretty wrong hehe.
