Okay, I have been looking for about 30mins for a layout of what a city is allowed to build upon increasing in size. All I'm asking for is a link. Thanks guys for such a n00b question.

Class 1 - Outpost - 10 citizens, 150m radius - city hall cost = 35k
Class2 - Village - 20 citizens, 200m radius - city hall cost = 60k
Class 3 -Township - 35 citizens, 300m radius - city hall cost = 85k
Class4 -City - 55 citizens, 400m radius - city hall cost = 110k
Class5 -Metropolis - 85 citizens, 450m radius - city hall cost = 135k
