For those of you who have derilict structuresclogging your cities: P8 will make decay rates on structures even LONGER.

This, taken with TH's seemingly unconcerned attitude about the politicians presepctive on derilict structures, I would expect the situation to worsen before it improves.

Excerpt from Gary Gattis' "State of SWG" letter.

Quote from TH's "Round Table" thread:

The challenge is knowing what house is not being used for what reason. There really is no way for us to know and the original design was meant to protect peoples houses if they werent going to be able to keep their account for a couple of months and for the time being we come down on the conservative side of leaving the houses for players to come back to.

Which brings us back to my proposals. /civicStatus- to show us what's up with a house. Non-Citizen Tax Rate - to make derelicts and dropouts pay for the privilege. In-game email notifying dropped citizens- so people know what happened when they return, and what they need to do to fix it.

The difference between the stuff I want and the stuff you want is that they might actually give us the stuff I want, or at least they would if you'd get on board and support it, instead of ignoring it and focusing on mayor's "rights" which not all mayors even support.

Just a thought.
