Greets ...
I have done several searches and read many posts ... but I can't find the answer to this.
If a city has an election ... and there are 25 citizens ... and 15 vote in the new mayor ... that week the mayor gets 1,500xp for those votes.
Next week there is no election ... should not the mayor get 2,500 xp?
CSR's has told me that the other 10 citizens have to vote for the mayor for the mayor to get XP from them.
Is this as per design? or is this a known / acknowledged bug?

I am an all new mayor myself, and would like to ask a question, perhaps the same, but in a different manner:
We currently have 13 citizens, and the first election will soon happen. If people don't vote, I will be automatically elected, right? But how many xp will I get?
Example: 6 citizens vote, the others don't. Will I get 600 xp, or 1300?

I am wondering this too. seems like the old mayor who I am friends with, got XP from default votes.

I'm a new mayor too - been in for just over 2 weeks now.
I got ALL the xp last update, even tho not everyone had actually voted ( I know some of them did) - so I got xp for the real votes and the silent ones.
It seems to be a bit random - given that many people have complained about not getting the full ammount !!!
