Thread: Has Any Player City Had Election Results Yet????

Our player city has shown a 28 to 22 lead by our challenger for over a week-and-a-half but still no results. Meanwhile our incumbent mayor has left the game entirely and our city is rotting away... Anyone tell me what's going on???

We just concluded an election for a new mayor under similiar circumstances. The incumbent mayor left the game and the challenger won the election on the first ballot. We, like many were able to get about 60% of our listed citizens to actually vote. The vote was tabulated and the election results were recorded and official on schedule. In fact the election was won by only 2 votes. More an issue of getting enough citizens to vote than anything else.

Votes are tallied once a week during City Advancement. Patience is a virtue

Actually, what I meant to say was....when are the city updates made...is there a regular schedule? Our city is basically dwindling to next to nothing and, at this point, we're forced to watch it atrophy. Bottom line: When are updates made by SOE?

They take place about every 7.3 days.
Go to the City Management Terminal and bring up the Maintenance Report - anyone can do this, don't have to be mayor or even a citizen. The time to update will be displayed in a system message (not in the Maint report itself). If it says Update Pending, you might be stuck. Wait 4 hours just to be sure and check again. Then submit a CSR ticket.
