Gentle Mayors of SWG,
Have any of you done a manual accounting of your citiy's maintenance costs? Have you noted that your numbers dont add up? I recently ran the numbers for the civic structures, fountains, trainers, terminals, gardens etc etc etc in Aurora. And much to my chagrine I found that we were being charged 80-100k more per week than we should have (depending on my assumtions on numbers of decorations). I need to do the numbers again with more precise data which I will get tonight, but I wish to ask the other Mayors what their experiences have been with their maintenance costs?
Have you been successful in getting them reset? Can this be done by the Dev/CSR team? I know that I am going to ask though I have little confidence that much could be done to solve this problem short of redeeding the city hall. I had not noticed the evident bug with trainers and the possible bug with decorations continueing to be billed to the city though they have been removed or replaced. Having recently read that these bugs are in place I am rather upset.
Cheers!

My city was about 70k a week off last time I checked. I sent in a ticket about 3 months ago, no reply =(

oh no... don't redeed your city hall, that would be silly
you can have a CSR fix it, although I'm not sure how responsive the live CSRs are. can you repost with a more detailed report and info about your city (waypoint, size, etc...) ? I'll try to grab someone's attention

Thank you Pappi for your offer of assistance. I am going to first get a more accurate accounting of all the structures in my city. Ie...I am going to manually count everything and do the math. Then I will come back to this thread and post the precise numbers so that you can have accurate data with which to aid me in my quest for a balanced city budget. Right now Ibelieve I am paying 80-100k more than I should. I need more accurate numbers though before I get the CSR involved. I dont want to waste their limited time.
Cheers!

Yes, but the expenditure for us balances. The only discrepancies are in the incomes which we can't quantify for certain.
