Did you know people can get around /cityban.
As we all know you can't /cityban a citizen, thats a given
We have several imperial structures in our rebel city (not by our choice).
Now we /citybanned an individual who is imperial.
Her imperial buddy transferred one of her imperial structures to that /citybanned person...that does not seem right.
She then declared residency and is now a citizen and cannot be banned - Thats not right either
Seems to me you should not be able to transfer a structure to a /citybanned person nor should they be able to declare residence and become a citizen

You: Hey yer imperial! /gasp
Her: Yeah, so?
You: This is a rebel city!
Her: Yeah, so?
You: /cityban
You: HaHa
Her: /declare citizenship
Her: HaHaHa
She is one 'Ha' up on you.
It's actually almost funny. almost.

We need factional cities, with npc militia, and walls, and turrets, and bases, and guard dogs with spikes on their collars.
besides, how did their "imperial buddy" get into the city in the first place?

A few thoughts i've had recently,City Walls too (high HAM,vuln or med/lowBlastresists) maybe crafted by Architects, or more skills for an Imperial/Rebel Aligned Politician such as hiring Faction NPC's, the DarkTroopers/Rebel General's etc...
anyway, my two pennies worth, and agreedm this bug sucks!
