theres a post thunderheart made a YEAR ago about reworking it and reinstatijng it in some form. course that was before JTL 30$, 2 Jedi revamps, 6 village cycles(jedi), numerous jtl related fixes already, a merchant revamp, droid revamp, chef revamp ect ect ect ect. id REALLY love to trust in the devs that something might FINALLY be done to give us SOME control over our towns, then again i used to believe in santa claus also....

I just searched forever thru the threads yesterday and found that /citywarn was removed from the game. Not exactly sure why because there were so many posts or if they plan on bringing it back.

Would be nice if we had something, maybe like /citykick which would eject the person to just outside the city limits for a period (say 24hrs or something).

They did just change /cityban to restrict people from shuttling into a city that they are banned from.

/citywarn was being used a griefing tool and was therefor removed from the game. It most likely will never make a return appearance.
