I had to move the garage in my city to put a house... and since I've put it back its bugged. No-one can repair their vehicle. We simply dont have the option "repair vehicle" in the radial menu.
I dont know if it ever happened to one of you.. I tried to destroy it and put it back but it didnt work.
I sent a ticket but its been 2 days since and I didnt receive any answer from a CSR. Meanwhile, citizens cant repair their bike and were losing money because of that.

How long have you waited after relocating it, has there been a server reset? We just placed ours late Friday night in a new city and it was doing the same thing. So we just waited, came back on Saturday and the option was there (there was a server reset in that time frame). Since yours was relocated, there may be a longer delay.
You can also check the city map. Our city is only a level 2 and cant be listed on the map, but the garage shows up. So some how the server sees the garage and places it on the map. So if its not on the map, the server may not be seeing it.

Yes its on the map, we are at level 5. 
But i dont think the server reset, we had our city maintenance paid, but no server shutting down. I hope it will solve the problem (and i hope the server will reset soon 
)
