Thread: What can we do the first week?
What all will we be able to do in a town the first week?
Will we be able to have the cantina and hospital built? Is that just zoning rights?
Are their any decorations at all that can be placed the first week?
WHAT CAN WE DO?! *falls to the floor in tears*
You can place your City Hall!
You can wait!
See you in a week!
Is that it? Seriously?
I mean is zoning rights what grants rights to build cantinas and hospitals? Can those go down in the first week?
I am not sure if you can have cantinas and med centers the first week or not. Originally Zoning Rights was a Tier 1 skill box and allowed placement of commercial structures. Now that they have moved Zoning Rights into novice I don't know if they stripped out the Cantina and Med Center.
I hope to have 20 people in my city from the start. So hopefully I can get 2 skill boxes after the first cycle. I believe you can dropmission terminals with a Tier 1 skill box, so after 1 week you can have mission terminals. As the previous post says, when you get to City Level 4 you can drop the shuttleport and the real fun starts.
First week, enjoy riding your mount.
You can hold interviews for female Twi'lek interns.
That's what I planned on doing anyway... along with buying lots of cigars.

Hmf. What are you supposed to be if you're a female Twi'lek mayor? No fair!
NERF all non twi'leks! NERF all males! ![]()
Oh, and someone needs to let the Clinton thing go. He's gone, let's not bring him back.
In the first week after the patch, you can recruit new citizens for your city! Yay! You can place mission terminals, if I'm not mistaken.
Much the same story second week. In *theory* if you made Village after the first week you could place cantinas and banks. However, in order to actually place these structures, your Politican needs Civics III or Fiscal II, respectively. Neither can be reached within the maximum 2000 xp possible from the first week's vote.
Even the third week's going to seem the same. It is possible to have Fiscal II, so you could place a bank. Fiscal II allows shuttleports, but your city won't be big enough for that yet (even if you had 150 residents on founding day). Still won't have Civics III for the cantina/hospital, as the maximum potentialxp for the second week is 5000, for a total of 7000 xp. Civics III would require 8500.
Fourth week is where the action really starts.
