I looked in the Answers thread, and only saw the "hasn't been placed yet so we don't know" response, which was to a very early question.

Has anyone seen exactly how big a plot has to be in order for a city hall to fit on it? I've seen someone say "larger than a PA Hall", but that's not very specific. Anyone?

do you mean lot size or foot print size? Lots size is Zero. It take no lots for the politician to drop it.

Plot. A patch of land used for the placement of a structure. So... 5*7, etc

A post on the Test Center forum listed the following:

Tatooine Town Hall: 9x7 (7 is the front)
Tatooine Cantina (I think, may be theatre, looks like a jazz club): 7x7
Tatooine Bank: 3x3
Tatooine Cloning: 5x5
Tattoine Merchant Tent: 3x3
Shuttleport: 7x5 (like a normal shuttleport except the droid and the ticket station are on the side, so 5 is the front)
'Med Center': 5x5 (people said this was the med center, but it looked more like the rebel command center on Hoth, had a planetary map terminal which no one can use, but no med droids. whatever)

Do the numbers represent meters, feet, yards? I am trying to plan my city layout, but I do not know how to actually determine the approximate size of the foot print...

When you try to place a building, it drops in 'blocks.' Each 'block' is what the numbers represent. I don't know the exact meter conversion, but you can't easily plot a city with just meters.. You have to try to drop buildings and move around to see what's buildable and what's not. =) Anyway, if you've see a PA Hall plot, it's slightly larger than one of those (0x1 more blocks I believe, actually)
