Does it really matter? Its not like you will be looking in all of Bestine. It is in the CAPITOL BUILDING not just the capitol. If you press ctrl-m, one of the buildings in Bestine is clearly labeled CAPITOL. How much easier can it be? Yeesh, you guys take all the fun out of the game. Is it to much to search one relatively small building for an NPC. Yeah, a wp would save you about 5 seconds of time, but come on, are you REALLY that lazy? biwan:

And that goes for all three capitol cities. They all have capitol buildings, not just Bestine, just using that as an example. I really hope that you mis-understood the posts saying capitol, or just did not read closely enough, because if you are aware that they are in the capitol buildings it would be a crying shame if you still needed a wp. Finding 1 NPC labeled politician trainer in a small room of 10 NPCs really will not be that hard!
