Do merchant tents require lots? If so, how many? If not, does this mean that they belong to the city and not the merchant?

What's the maintenance rate per day on a merchant tent, and is that maintenance charged to the building owner or to the city?

Can terminal vendors be dropped in one, or do they have to be NPCs?

Can anything other than a vendor NPC or terminal be dropped in one? If so, what's the item count limit?

Can anything be dropped "outside" them - inside the boundaries of the site, obviously, but outside the canvas walls?

Oh, I thought of another one: Can they charge entry fees, and do they have ban lists?
