Hard to say yet. Medium Naboos are supposed to have the same footprint and art as before, just now you can go between them.
Last night I tried to fly through between a line of them... and couldn't. So... something is wrong. That worries me.

That information turned out to be incorrect. The footprint did change, just not for previously placed houses.

Existing houses did not move, this we all know by now. However, the footprint around them DID change, preventing structures from being placed touching them as before against either the back or left side. The right side and front (a lot of good that does) of the house still has the same edge. Basically, the footprint got longer and wider and the houses got shoved to the frong right cornor of the footprint.
Many cities now have their designs utterly ruined - my 115 resident metropolis among them. I, like many others, am extremely upset over this.
Khristen, our correspondant, has stated that she submitted this as a problem/bug to the devs. I'm not overly optimistic on this being reversed, but I will certainly lend my voice to the pleas for it to be changed back.

Yea, it goes back to the issue that you don't have the right to design your city as for your citizens. It has to be access to everyone and that is more important then what the citizens want.
I don't see SoE going back to look at this issue, as far as they are concerned the problem is solved.

It's not really that I was lied to, rather I misinterpreted the information I had because it wasn't entirely clear. I'll take the blame for not finding out that it really *did* change the footprint before it went live.
I don't think this is an irreversible change for them (if they changed the footprint once...), but until I hear more that's just speculation.

However... I don't like Khristen being lied to. I don't like lies, but I =especially= don't like lies that have the potential for someone else taking all the flak.

Yes, I understand your frustration. We've all been told a lot of things that either don't happen or don't get addressed (same thing I guess).
It's just how it is.
BTW, even though I've reported it directly you may wish to post in the Publish 19 Issues (or discussion, not sure what is more "appropriate")thread about this if you haven't already. You can find the current one for the day in the In-Live forum.
Edited to point you in the right direction. 
They update the thread anytime there is a hotfix or change to the code, so those other links had already been archived.
