Don't get to upset if you don't get one. I was all excited when we reach the rank 4 req. and then found out the city was capped, i almost quit poli because i was so distraught. But, one week later a city dropped and we got our shuttle .

Well..its not capped yet on Tatooine (bria) Since a city was just destroyed,

Omg...Well the cap is 10 shuttleports in Tatooine...My city advancement was before all of the rest...and i had 56 citizens...You need only 55...Why didnt we get a shuttleport...wow..
