Thread: How can tell if a planet is maxed on cities?

My guild wants to build a city, but we dont know if Lok on Gorath is full. Dont wanna have to build on Rori unless theres no other choice.

if you try to place the city hall and it won't let you, then it's full... otherwise you can only comb the planet and count.
