I'm trying to redeed cityhall and the cloner. I get the red "can redeed: NO" and for the cloner "please remove all interior items". Theres no items inside the cloner and is there a way to save the cityhall?

City halls cannot be redeeded im affraid. Just destroyed.

As for the clone lab you should post a ticket to CSR.
