so i guess this morning our city hall got dropped, but now its gone missing. i even went to go check waypoint 0,0. there were about 6 houses there but no city hall

help, we dont want to get screwed again

this needs to come to someones attention, its happend to us too

and many people cant access the city management terminals or structure terminals in the city halls

It seems to be a Kauri only problem. I've been working with two CSRs (one via email and one via game). They said they devs are aware of it now and trying to get fixes.

Did you have 10 citizens within 24 hours?

it was gone before the 24 hours, and we do have enough people...

This has happened to several pa's on kauari. The city hall does not work to start with. I know we had around 15 declared residents in the area. In the morning it was gone.

This happened to about 4-6 cities before the patchon, on different servers,to fix the wandering city borders. As far as I know none of these were ever fixed. In our case we waited 2 weeks then gave up and placed a new city hall exactly where our old one was. We got several communications it was being looked into. Sorry to hear about your loss I can relate.
