Thread: new mayor old town.. question.

question is.. if a new mayor wins the election in a city that already has most things.. like banks, mission terminals, shuttleport and so on and so on.. when the new mayor with no politician xp does the city loose all its perks? or does the perks stay in the city?

Current "perks" stay, but the new politician cannot place any new "perks" (additional terms, etc.) until he/she has the skill to do so.
