We have a number of trainers in our City. One of which is a Bounty Hunter trainer.
We also have a BH Mission terminal.

The third part of the puzzle for these guys is an intel operative to acquire the necessary Bio-signature from.

Is it possible to get the different level intel ops for player cities ?

hmm. Is this a no brainer - if you were a politician you'd know or is there more to it?

Before I go bug our busy mayor with additional demands after a quick discussion
