Can someone point me to the post how to get XP for Politician that are Mayors

Each week they have a tally of votes, you get 100 XP for each vote. No matter how often you vote you still get 100 per person at the time of the tally. You will not see the points until the city cycles itself (again at the end of the week after the tally). You can check the timer on that at the city hall.
