I have logged on after a few weeks and I have missed the voting cycle for my city and it's the last week so I am locked out. However, the two players that are running against me/each other have the same number of votes. What Happens then?

I'm honestly not sure what happens in the case of a tie....I'm sure there's a contingency for that, but I've just never heard of it. The election has to go to one of the two people running, I just don't know how it determines which one if they have the same number of votes.
