usally takes 30 min-1 hr, but as were waiting to go up to rank 4, its been nearly 18 hrs now, still says pending

thats wierd. Mine takes max 1 hour if its a horrible day. If it dosnt fix after the servers come up send a ticket

Sometimes the update will take quitea bit longer when you're going to advance a stage. It has a lot of factors to check on before it can grant the advancement along with your normal city update.
Be patient a bit longer just in case, but if it hasn't gone in the next few hours submit a CSR ticket explaining the situation.

nah bria was pretty well completly messed up, updated when they finally restarted it, about 27 hrs after update was to originally happen lol. wish they would reset her again, lag in chat getting bad again

Bria's always had issues like this. Since Publish 17 everything but Spatial has a minimum lag of about 3 seconds but the average is about 5 to 8 seconds of lag. I know that on Naboo, the whole city issue was really messed up for a while. We where basically one city below the numbers we should have had yet no one could advance or start a new city.

so the server city purge can only take an hour or so after timer has run out?? i hope so coz i will finally be rank 3
