Thread: stronghold bounus
Militia cannot /grantzoningrights on themselves; never have been as far as I know. You need to be outside with another militia member or the mayor for it to work.
As far as the Stronghold bonus, I'll have to do some checking on whether it's actually working or not. In working status it's really only useful if you do a lot of PvP in your city limits. I'm not as familiar with the workings of that particular specialization because I've not heard of many people using it (particularly now that /citywarn is gone).
If anyone else has tried it, could you post up your experiences with it? I'll do some poking as soon as I can.
Don't know if it works after CU.

You may wish to consider only placing SF bases inside your city if you wish to draw pvp rather than combatants. I can only speak for what I've seen on Valcyn, and it appears to work there.
Given the city I run is heavily involved in pvp encounters, I would also like very much to know if this is a feature that is working.

Seems a lot of PvP (assume they are PvP as they have bases well within the city walls) cities use this specialisation. I've run into 3 recently and don't do that much travelling.
