Hi, everyone! I am very honored to have been selected as the new Politician Correspondent to represent our community to The Powers That Be. You have my word that I will fill this role to the best of my abilities. If you have any questions, ideas or stories to share feel free to post them!
A little bit about me for those who don't already know. My character name is Khristen (on Naritus as well as Test Center), although I do have alternate characters that I play on from time to time. My city is Kor Spera, Corellia on Naritus--a neutral, role-playing city about 2800m southeast of Kor Vella. Everyone is welcome to stop by and say hi or come to one of our Tuesday night socials (8pm CDT)....we're on the map! We also have a discussion and story forum at http://annespage.com/forums which is also open to anyone.
I started playing Star Wars Galaxies abouta week or so after launch. I have been involved in Player Cities since they were first launched, assisting with the creation of one of the first Player Cities on Naritus and later creating my current city which was formed in March 2004. I've also been an Architect, Artisan, Medic, Tailor, Pistoleer and more recently started playing with Bounty Hunter. I'm pretty familiar with many of the crafting professions and have all kinds of information bits and experience that I'm always willing to share.
Barring special circumstances, I visit these forums several times a day. LOL I'm a forum junkie! If you should need to contact me directly, a PM here is probably the quickest way. I have other contact information listed in my profile, but they're not necessarily as reliable.
I'll be working on absorbing a ton of new information over the next few days, both at Fan Fest and as I read through the Correspondent forums. If you don't see me as much over the next few days, don't worry! I'm still here, but my access will be limited since my husband and I are making a vacation out of the Fan Fest trip. I'll be back in full force on the 9th, but I'll be stopping in at least once a day between now and then (barring any laptop issues).
Thank you for all the well-wishes...they are much appreciated! I'm really looking forward to taking on this role, but I can't do it without all of you. So keep posting, play nice, and most of all have fun!

Again, congrats!
Looking forward to the comming months.
Please do me a favor though, keep the "This Week In Politics" theads comming like Pappi did. Lord knows I didn't post in 'em alot but I did enjoy reading them each week.
Best of luck to Pappi! I'm sure we'll see her here as much as we did in the past.

I'm planning on doing something similar to it, but I haven't decided on an exact thing yet. I'll be on vacation all this week, so look for something starting up in abouta week or so.
