If you want to ban someone from your city. Do they have to be present? Is there anyway to ban them if they are not there?

Ya, it's a bit annoying, same asnot being able to delegate zoning rights while not within the city. I would of likeda banning system similar to the permissions on houses and such.

I suppose you COULD send them a /tell or mail saying, "Come meet up in town, i want to put all this behind us and start over," and THEN ban them.

what i really hate is when you want to pardon someone from your city that is not a member. SO you have to drag them there and at the same time as you are there and pardon them. Banning people is easy but i have found that pardoning can be so much hard and you end up pissing people off and swearing they wont come to your city ever again or help defend if you have bases.
