Our cities election just ended and I now have plenty of xp to do a LOT with the city. I had a question for the experienced mayors out here about cloning facilities. I'm trying to decide whether a cloning facility is going to be beneficial to our city. We are on Corellia just SW of Kor Vella. I held a vote on our forums, and they voted for the placement of one and to raise our taxes to help cover the cost of one, but to me there weren't enough members that voted to warrent putting one down. Do we get ANY benefits from a cloning facility being in our city? We are on Tarq btw, so I can't imagine there are that many hunters around who would need it.
Any help would be much appreciated!

There are no real benifits for a cloning facility in your city. If you have a combat city or a city near a POI its good to have it, it will bring some cash in. It will probably cost you more to run it than you will get back in profit. Best to get trainners and gardens =)
Also the Clone Lab specialization wont help you without a cloning facility =P

For the most part, cloning facilities are a matter of convenience and nothing more. However, if your city was a pvp city with bases to defend, it would be an absolute must-have.
