Thread: Clone lab: cost of clone insurance decreased means what?

A clone lab spec costs a hefty 80,000 credits a week, according to the official FAQ. In return, it decreases the cost of "clone insurance" by 20%. Does this mean the cost of cloning only, or the cost of insurance as well?

Anyone? Has no one taken the "clone lab" spec yet? Does it cover clone costs only, or insurance as well?
