This week my city grew to the township level - the borders expanded, I got xp and everything normally. However, the vendors in the expanded part of town are not being charged a sales tax, while the vendors in the old part of town are. I tried resetting the sales tax to zero, and then back again (to 1%) - and it is still the same situation. Is anyone else having this problem, or have they found a work around?

I am going to be setting my tax to zero for the time being - it doesn't seem fair to the vendors to be in this situation.

I got a report from a merchant similar to this. I am investigating this tonight. Our city just went to Tier 3 and has had 5% sales tax since day 1...anyone else reporting sales tax issues?
