Thread: 22 registared player cities on naboo? it is on ahazi now! what happened to city cap?

i look at my map today of naboo on ahazi server and i see now 22 registared player cities and i suspect there are a few smaller ones not registared i thought cap was 10 and getting bumped to 20??? then how we already have had more than that since day 1 on ahazi???
