Background

So we are a city of 37 currently. Have the City Hall, a mission terminal, a cloning facility, some statues and streetlamps. Our treasury is good for a while because alot of folks donated money when we chartered. But soon we will be switching from patron based to taxing. Currently all our tax rates are set to zero.

Question

How are you guys dealing with your tax burdens? Income tax? Property tax? How are you guys doing it?

Suggestion is to have a City Hall meeting, with most of your current Citizens and see what they think. Or try a mass email. See how they want to keep the money flowing so there is never an issue with maintenance. Every city is different, but good way to get feed back.
