Thread: Help! Our mayor didn't get any of his XP points in the latest upgrade!

Did this happen to anyone else? The management terminal says we're a township now and we can place different structures as a clone center. Yet our mayor didn't receive any xp to allow him to learn any new skills or advance.
A ticket was sent but the CSR's aren't on ( or limited if I heard correctly) over this holiday weekend. This happen to anyone else?
