When I click city advancement or maintenance report on the city terminal, I do not get the timer for the next city update. I am the mayor. I can log on one of my other accounts who is a citizen of the town and it works just fine, but with my mayor character I get nothing.

check your options maybe you turned off system messages, or in the chat window too
