So, I was up and just happened to be in our city tonight. So, I ran inside the hall, and it was only a few mins until the update. So, I stayed and monitored. Watching for it to grow. Just because I wanted to see it grow (our Poli is out of town, otherwise I'm sure she would have let us know what was going on).

So, I watch. 5 mins til update, 2 mins to update, 1 min. From here I start checking every 10 seconds or so. Then 2 seconds, and the next time I check, here's what I got:

Wow, this is encouraging. What does this mean? Why did this happen? Why hasn't our city grown to a village. Why is it still an outpost when we have 21 citizens?

Well, it's been saying error now for the pat 15 to 30 mins (dunno exactly how long...I swear I lose track of time in this game). Anyway, how long does it usually take?

I did read that some cities when upgrades were occurring took several hours (think I saw 3 hourson one post) before they upgraded. If bythen you still are not upgraded to Village I would submit a ticket to Customer service saying that your city hall shows you have 21 registered citizens, but your are still showing up as an outpost.They have the ability to correct this

System is not perfect, and it is slow at times, but not to worry it will upgrade for you.

Our city didnt update to lvl 2 for 2 days last week with our timer ticking.

This week we are in the same boat with 42 citizens waiting on well, you know, the good ole city to update.

Nor did I get my exp this week, Arsehat devs fix the cities for everyone pls.

We're stuck as well. 6 hours, no update, no upgrade, no election results. Just City Update: Error for 6hours.
