Hello i just got skill to place misson terminals and i dropped two in same spot becasue of lag and now they on top of each other and i cant pick up..says cant see object.and one have any ideas how to pick up..and speciel commands i can use..i put a ticket in but didnt know what section to put in

This happened to me in a house, only way I fixed it was to use the /move command. The CSRs just sent me the auto-responce when I ticketed it, so don't rely on them for much help. If the /move command doesn't work I'm not sure there is much you can do. Just pray your CSR is actually worth something.

This happened to me and a CSR removed the terminals for me.

I provided them with the exact waypoint of the location, planet, city name etc. etc. ... Sometimes I think CSR don't help people because they don't write enough details in their tickets. I've found that the nicer a ticket you write, with as much info as possible, your odds of getting a good response are better.

A CSR also deleted my stuck terminal ..... but now Imstuck with the maintainance for that terminal. We got 3 terminals in our city but we payfor 4

He also deleted a stuck streetlamp that we also still pay maintainance for .... do be carfull wht you get the CSR to do for you as they dont always "help" you inthe final end.

I have a ticket out but stil no reply.
