Different CSRs seem to react in a different way to the lost XP. I was only missing 100xp so I wrote a ticket. I got a response back that it was a known issue but that they could not give me back the xp. So I added a comment about Plinka's post saying Greenmachine had said it was a known issue and that CSRs would reimburse. 30 minutes later a CSR appeared in my room and gave me the 100xp and then cheered for me.

Now, I'm not a fanboi by any means, but 2 out of 5 times I wrote a ticket, I was satisfied...

The kicker is I've been real happy wth the game up until this point. I've had glitches and bugs, but this one is just a game killer for me because it makes me the bad guy in my city that I've worked so hard to get together bother politically and physically.

Trying to bring together 4 pa's with no prior contact for the common good is a test.

Just give the CSR's a chance...they have a lot of us to deal with.

I've submitted 6 tickets for my city now...2 issues I had, 3 issues the city had, 1 an issue a citizen had. All six of those issues have been fixed within the last three weeks.

It's got to be a pain to have to be online when the CSR contacts you, I can imagine. Perhaps if you continually send the tickets in though, you'll get lucky and the problem will be resolved.

Wish I could be of some actual help for you though.

I give the CSRs the benefit of the doubt, but I also call them on it if they submit a reply to a ticket that indicated they either didn't bother to read the ticket, or didn't do the job that was expected (and promised) of them.

Add the comment, and volley that thing (politely) back into their court. Added comments seem to get reviewed alot quicker than initial posts, and usually by someone other than the CSR who blew it the first time around - usually resulting in a satisfying outcome (in my experience).

So I just got off the phone with SOE support and they can't do anything either about the Politician Exp issue.

they said that I need to be online when the csr contacts me

Oh and that it'll be another 4 days until they do

Oh and even though the csr did exactly what greenmarine said they shouldn't that doesn't matter.

What am I supposed to do just give up on the BUGGED CITY??
