I'm a mayor of an unofficial outpost, and I was wondering if anyone knew of the exact date for when they are increasing the planetary cap for cities. I was so mad I missed the first one, I don't want to be left out the second time for gettting up and running. Good job for those mayors who have created successful player cities..I'm soo jealous
