Due to our city hall build radius shifting, someone managed to place a house that was within the zone radius of our city. In my view this person either unwittingly, or possibly knowing exploited a bug. If the radius gets put back to its original position we will have a new citizen that we did not ask for or want. Can anything be done about it? And yes, I filed a ticket...maybe someimte after New Years a CSR will respond.

Heh gee thanks for the one star. But it doesn't change the fact that someone placed a house due to a bug. If I wanted to live next to some random stranger I would have left zoning off.
