Thread: Plinka, has the /cityban bug been confirmed by devs?

I think it's a bug. Many here think it's a bug. Do the devs think it'sa bug?
I guess what I'm asking is this : What was/is the intention of /cityban? Is it to keep banned players from ENTERING the buildings (cloning center and shuttleport)? Or is it to keep players from USING the facilities...period (they can't port there, they can't clone there)?
An answer to this may help us help them.
If I've missed a thread about this, then my apologies and /bow.
