Thread: Change Mayors, Loose Structures?

Heres a scenerio. A mayor #1gets enough pointsto place down 3 civic structures. Then another mayor # 2 who doesn't have those points is elected. Will those structures be removed because mayor #2 doesn't have the right xp for those civic buildings? Or will the remain?

They will remain. As long as the city is of the proper size to have the structure, it won't lose the structures due to a less experienced mayor.

Yes I agree I believe they stay. The Mayor only needs those levels to build the structures, after that the town itself should be supporting them.

The skill is for placement, not ownership. Course with the way the bugs go, you are lucky to even have a city hall when you wake up in the morning, so who really knows.

Yeah, you should be more worried about losing citizens if you are already having struggles over mayorship City size reduction below the requirementwill cause the maintenance on these structures to skyrocket, according to the devs.
