Well it works for me and my militia.

remember you have to be within city limits, you have to click on the person you're giving rights to and target them, and you have to type /grantzoningrights for it to work

if that's still not working make sure you actually are a militia member and if you are one... have the mayor remove you from the militia one by one and add you back one by one.

Other then that... I got nothing

Nor can we grant zoning rights. Even the head of our militia can't.

We're doing this outside, inside city limits as everyone has recommended, but each time we need our mayor to come online and grant us zoning rights (and that's for 24 hrs only)

militia can zone, but need to be zoned by anther member or the mayor to place. funny isnt it

ican zone but im not zoned.

Thanks for the post, i was assigned to milita and couldn't figure out why i couldn't grant myself zoning rights.

Is there a time limit on how long rights are granted for ? I read something about 24 hours what does that mean ?

zoning rights are granted to the person for 24 hours. aso if they do not place what they wanted to place within 24 hours, they lose the right to place anything, and have to get authorized again.

No, we were unable to zone each other either. I tried with the head of our militia and he tried with me. No luck.

Yea, Zoning rights are for 24 hours, however, if you apply zoning rights to them a second time, it revokes their rights.

The mayor giveth and taketh away.

Yeah, our zoning rights seem to work fine too...

And as for militia not being able to just build at will without another militia member's knowledge is kinda nice. That's all you need is one pissed off person in the militia...
