Yesterday I changed the travel fee for the shuttleport from 100 to 0.

Later , after a server reboot, no one can use the shuttleport.

The travel menu will NOT come up at the shuttleport.

The shuttleport DOES show on the planetary map.

The shuttleport show as a structure for the city on the city maintenance terminal.

If I try and change the travel fee from the city maintenance terminal I get

"This city does not have a shuttleport"

If I go to another city, the shuttleport does NOT show up on the travel menu.

If I try and use a ticket I already have to go from another city to the shuttleport I get

"This route is no longer available"

The city has shifted about 60M to the NE but, the shuttleport is WELL within the city boundaries.

Its about 200M from city center and it is a rank 4 city (56 citizens).

I have opened a ticket on this but, no response.

The shuttleport worked fine from Friday, when I placed it until yesterday evening.

Has anyone else seen this problem ?

Where did they say that setting the travel fee to zero would disable the shuttleport ?

I can't believe that if you don't want to charge people to come to your city that is should

disable the shuttleport.

What kind of logic is that ?

really, you cant set your shuttleport to ZERO credits. Its not a bug! The devs created player cities pull the credits out of game.

You are right, you can't set the shuttle to zero... but that has absolutely nothing to do with TAX.

The shuttle fee is a base amount PLUS whatever tax we set. The problem is that the shuttle is being disabled when we try to set the TAX to zero.

Hey, and thay have other bugs... the ticket machine vanished from the Asylum shuttleport yesterday.. so i had to re-deed the darn thing to get it back.

This game has more bugs than anything i have ever seen.

I ended up redeeded the shuttleport and setting the travel fee to 1 credit.
