ill give you my city's scenario

were planning ot place a rebel base in our city

my question is what happens if some imperials show up and decide to attack it and when they die clone in our city a couple meters away adn just keep clone warring us untill the base is gone ?

if i city ban the people doing it will they still be able to clone in our city ?

my understanding is that cityban doesnt allow the banned person to use any civic structure but does this work with cloning ? i assume it should but i dont take anything in SWG for granted with bugs etc

anyone have any advise how i can protect against clone wars in our rebel city?
